Thank you for shopping at Vibrant Essentials. Due to the nature of our personal care products, once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for reasons such as if the product "scent" is not what you were expecting. If you’re unsure about a scent, we offer sample sets and 1oz tins of several scents. We encourage new customers to explore our fragrances with samples before committing to a full-sized product. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. If your order is damaged or you are missing items, please email us with your order number at info@vibrantessentials.com within 10 days of delivery, and we will respond within 24 business hours. Any reports of damaged items should include a photo of the issue to assist with our claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Vibrant Essentials due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer or if it exceeds the maximum holding time at a pickup location, the customer will be responsible for redelivery costs. Vibrant Essentials is not liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer; no refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Vibrant Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery receipt at the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, we will verify delivery details for the customer to investigate.
Customers must provide an accurate address during checkout and ensure optimal delivery conditions, including the security of the package after delivery. For shipping inquiries, customers should reach out to the carrier; a tracking number can aid in tracking. Vibrant Essentials will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
